When we are asked who we are, we believe that the most honest thing to say is that we are Actiu. Literally. Because Actiu, in Spain, means active, dynamic. And when our founder Vicent Berbegal chose that name, he could not have imagined how well it would describe the trajectory of his company for the next 60 years.
Better than we found it
The more than 300 days of sunshine a year in our territory encourage us to live, enjoy and take advantage of its resources with common sense and responsibility. Knowing that it is our obligation to promote regenerative design practices to reduce our footprint on the environment and even aspire to improve it.
We have thus become the first industrial company in the world to obtain both WELL v2™ and LEED® v4.1 O+M Platinum certification, and our Technology Park is not only the healthiest business headquarters in Spain, but also the second in Europe and fifth in the world.
